So on January 1, 2010 I made the dedication to start my life renovations.. while in the hospital with food poisoning.
On January 18, 2010 I started the work out plan. In the past I have had the issue of starting, but loosing motivation so I decided to post it so my friends could motivate me in my work. For the past three days I have posted my update on my facebook status, but today a friend recommended I make a blog about it. I had not thought about it, but she is right.. so here I am.
Today is day 4.
I did well on my food intake today. Keep calories, fat and things low. I added no salt to any of my food. I did have a little gelatto, cause I have some here and its really good.
After class today (I only go 8 - 12:15) I was really tired and ended up passing out on the couch. I slept way to much, but it ok.
At 5:30 I went to the Cary St Gym for the preview class at the pool. It was deep water aerobics. I forgot how much work that actually is to do. But I did well, probably will go back every Thursday for that. Then I hit the elliptical for 23 min. I went 2.47 miles on that. Longest I have jogged in years. What is amazing is that my knees don't hurt much from it, which is great. Then I went over and did a short rowing workout. The total reps was just over 300; let me tell you my abs are telling me all about it.
I still don't have a weight or inches to report. The gym scale is down, and I want to do both measurements at the same time. I hope that is fixed soon so I can report starting figures and update that every week.
Now I'm going to work on my aikido ukemi. Then bed. Tomorrow.. day 5 here I come.
