So I had work yesterday, and it was INSANE... I ended up getting off a little early though. So yeah.
We had DnD last night which was fun.
But I did great on eating yesterday.. but I did not make it to the gym. I hated missing it but it was a great day. I enjoyed myself and Its cool.
I'm going to go now on day 9

Day 6 and 7
So sorry for not posting yeasterday.
I had church in the morning, and I went to a different SDA church. I really liked them, and I felt at home there.
Then I went to the gym, did some workout stuff, but spent alot of the time goofing around int he pool. It was fun to just relax a bit cause I was sore from the week.
Then was Rocky, and I didnt get home till like 4:30.
Today I descided to rest the poor body. So I relaxed at home today. Not much to report. I had a really nice dinner of chicken parm that I made with gluten free bread crumbs.. which was fun.
So yeah. Tomorrow Back to the gym ^_^

DAY 5
Sorry for the late update. This is a Rocky Horror Picture Show weekend, so Colin and I met up with some friends (Sam, Jessie, Tiffany) at the Village for some fun. Then we had the show. Not a large audience but we still had fun. Also Tomorrow will be my first time on stage, as Dr. Scott. I'm excited.
So today was a good day. Breakfast was a peice of toast and apple juice. Then I had Yogart as a snack. Lunch was a home made chicken and rice with raw carrots. Afternoon I had some fruit before the gym. Colin was nice enought to go with me today to teach me proper weight lifting. I was good till the last one we tried, now my back is hurting me. But I will live. Today I managed 33 min on the elliptical, which eaquals almost 4.5 miles worth. Did some rowing and cycling as well.. only about 5-10 min each. When I went to get dressed for rocky, I was able to wear my black pants, and they fit half decently.. YAY
So bed calls as I have church in the AM, now just deciding if i should get up for sabbath school or just go to worship. It's late so sleep is good.. and sabbath school is at 9:30 am, worship at 10:45.... Also since I'm not a big fan of the Patterson avenue church near campus I'm going to drive out to the Far West End church and see how they are .

DAY 4
So on January 1, 2010 I made the dedication to start my life renovations.. while in the hospital with food poisoning.
On January 18, 2010 I started the work out plan. In the past I have had the issue of starting, but loosing motivation so I decided to post it so my friends could motivate me in my work. For the past three days I have posted my update on my facebook status, but today a friend recommended I make a blog about it. I had not thought about it, but she is right.. so here I am.
Today is day 4.
I did well on my food intake today. Keep calories, fat and things low. I added no salt to any of my food. I did have a little gelatto, cause I have some here and its really good.
After class today (I only go 8 - 12:15) I was really tired and ended up passing out on the couch. I slept way to much, but it ok.
At 5:30 I went to the Cary St Gym for the preview class at the pool. It was deep water aerobics. I forgot how much work that actually is to do. But I did well, probably will go back every Thursday for that. Then I hit the elliptical for 23 min. I went 2.47 miles on that. Longest I have jogged in years. What is amazing is that my knees don't hurt much from it, which is great. Then I went over and did a short rowing workout. The total reps was just over 300; let me tell you my abs are telling me all about it.
I still don't have a weight or inches to report. The gym scale is down, and I want to do both measurements at the same time. I hope that is fixed soon so I can report starting figures and update that every week.
Now I'm going to work on my aikido ukemi. Then bed. Tomorrow.. day 5 here I come.
